We will launch Body Combat classes at this new location on May 7th! We will start with an 8 week session instead of our usual 6 week sessions.
Classes will be Tuesday & Thursday at 8:30am or 6:00pm and will last 1 hour
The first 2 weeks we will be focusing on form, technique, strength and going over nutrition. When I feel the class is ready we will jump into High Intensity Interval Training.
If you are ready to transform your body and take the next step toward a HOTT healthy you then the HOTT Body Fit Challenge is for you!
In this Fit Challenge we will focus on building strength and endurance through our workouts in your home or at our Fit meetups! In our Body Combat classes we focus on High Intensity Interval Training- where we pair slower focused strength training using dumbbells and bodyweight with intervals of faster plyometric moves and sprints. If you want to take your fitness and fat loss to the next level without spending hours in the gym then HIIT training is the way to go.
We will also provide you with all the tools below, including Suggested meal plans and healthy recipes calculated for optimum weight loss and muscle tone!
On the first and last day of this Challenge we will meet to measure, weigh-in, and conduct Fit Testing so we can track your progress throughout the Challenge.
